Black Steer & Co reserves the right to utilize any service necessary to meet our delivery commitment.

Order Cutoff Time

Please assume that orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EAT will be processed the following business day (Monday to Friday).

For example: If an order is placed on Friday at 6:00 p.m. EAT, it may not be processed until the following Monday.

Free Shipping Policy

  1. We generally offer free shipping for orders above 20KG.
  2. Any free shipping promotion will ONLY apply to orders shipping in Kenya. 

General Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery rates vary depending on the total order weight & delivery location.
  2. Orders with an delivery address in Nairobi (no surrounding areas.) placed before 12:00AM EAT will be delivered the same day, and orders placed after 12:00AM will be delivered the next day.
  3. All orders outside of Nairobi will be shipped via Wells Fargo Couriers at our discretion. Shipment can be sent to your address or closest collection point.
  4. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been given to the carrier. We have no control over the speed at which a carrier will deliver the package to you. This applies to expedited methods as well.
  5. Black Steer & Co is not responsible for the shipment once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
  6. If your order needs to be shipped to remote regions in Kenya, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for delivery.

Shipping Requirements

  1. No order will be shipped without receipt of the full payment.
  2. Black Steer & Co does not ship any order C.O.D.
  3. A telephone number of the recipient is required for all deliveries.
